Open House Party for CBB members
at 2 Modern houses in Highland Park

Spend a Sunday afternoon in two modern homes near Lake Michigan in Highland Park.
One is a home for sale, and the other, an exclusive visit and party in a member’s home.

First, enjoy a rare glimpse of art and architecture: an insider’s tour of an original home overlooking Lake Michigan, designed by Stanley Morris circa 1956.  The property includes a wonderful open floor plan, private beach, swimming pool on a large wooded lot.  Enjoy seeing the original landscape with hardscape designed by Gertrude Kuh. The house design includes walls of sliding glass, hardwood & brick floors, large rooms, a wet bar and a master suite overlooking the yard and lake.
