We were featured in the Palm Springs Modernism Week program in an article written by CBB member Robert Imber called "Poised for Preservation." The program was a full color glossy magazine with over 100 pages and was distributed at the Modernish Show, the Palm Springs Art Museum, and other galleries and dealers around town. The article pictured the Farnsworth House, covered the Frueh house preservation effort, and included info about other preservation efforts around the country. Atomic Ranch Magazine, in the Spring 2006 issue, featured Gary and Joan Gand, co-founders of CBB, and their Palm Springs Alexander vacation home, built in 1958. The article also included a full-page addendum called "Preservation People" a nice write-up on CBB, as well as other preservation groups around the country. If you haven’t already seen or subscribed to Atomic Ranch, you should definitely check it out - it is a really fun and relatively new publication. http://www.atomic-ranch.com Columbus, Indiana Bus Tour - Sold Out! Our first ever overnight bus tour has sold out, but we are still taking names for the waiting list. There is a chance that the tour will be expanded to two buses if we have enough interested people, so send in your checks if you still want to attend.
